When will my order be dispatched?
Orders will usually be dispatched within 3 working days, you will receive a notification when your order is sent. If there are any delays to your order, we will let you know.
How will my order be sent?
Orders will be sent using Hermes standard delivery, packages are usually received within 2-3 working days. Expedited delivery options may be available during checkout.
Are the products ethically sourced?
We aim to source ethical and sustainable products wherever possible. All items will list the materials used in construction and we are constantly working with our suppliers to do better.
I am looking for a product not listed on your website, can you help?
If there is a specific item or product you are looking for, please get in touch through 'Speak to Us'. We are constantly reviewing and expanding our ranges and are always happy to hear your input.
Will the packaging be recyclable?
All packaging provided by us is recyclable and where possible made of recycled materials. We work hard to source environmentally friendly products which are often the more costly option. For more information on product packaging, see the individual product page and our sustainability page. Some of our suppliers do still use some plastics in wrap or bubble wrap or polytsyrene to keep products safe - we hope to continue working with our suppliers to continually reduce this.
