Q. How do I add my name to the e-mail lists?
A. Simply e-mail martin@meliora.co.uk and you will
be added shortly
Q. I submitted my name and was told I have been added but I can not see my name.
A. Use the refresh button on your browser. This will show you the latest version of the page
and not one which is stored on your PC. You may wish to change your cache setting to show
updated pages.
Q. I have some photographs form my school days how do I get them on my year pages?
A. You can scan them in and e-mail them but please follow these simple rules:-
i. Please scan at as high a density as possible 200 - 300 dpi
ii. Please save at as high a quality as possible. I will considerably reduce them to appear
on the website but I cannot do anything with poor quality scans.
iii. Please e-mail them individually. This avoids my e-mail account getting blocked with
single e-mails with too much attached to them.
iv. Please do not add text to the photograph. Instead provide as much information as possible
with the e-mail, this should include, date taken, place taken, names of those depicted, and if
possible the occasion.
Q. How is the website funded?
A. The total cost of funding the website included access, space, and domain registration etc.
is about £15 + £10 + £5 per month making a total of £30. The Editors time is given freely. A donation from 'BT IN THE COMMUNITY'
got the website established Some further funds were donated from collections and surpluses
from various Year Reunions that money has now been exhausted. The present situation is the
site is partially sponsored by voluntary donations which have been sent in appreciation of the
website. These donations are then used to run the website on a month at a time basis. If you
should wish to be a website sponsor, do not send any money.
