Hi
My name is Mandy Seville - Bonney as was. I am a 1973 starter, went on to the Sixth Form but left without any really good results. Married a sailor in 1984 and subsequently had two children who are now 17 and 14. Whilst the kids were young i decided to start a degree with the OU which has taken me 8 years to complete. I graduated with a BSc at the Royal Festival hall in London on 8th June. My Degree was presented by the university chancellor Betty Boothroyd. I had the most fantastic day with my family and Best friend Doreen Gray(Thorpe) who was a 1968 starter.
I am now working in a secondary school as a science Technicien a job which I got as a result of my studies but I am soon hoping to undertake the Graduate Teaching programme and become a science teacher.

I don’t know whether you meant in finding people or personal success so I am advising that I just published my first book of short stories here in Canada! It is called Ordinary Miracles, is published by Red Deer Press and the ISBN is: 0-88995-277-9. My name is Diana Atkinson. I am a 1960 starter – and a late starter in all other ways.
