Classes: 1T, 2X, 4X, 5X (I was in the express stream, missing out the third year). Then 2 years at the sixth form, studying Maths, Further Maths, Computer Science and Physics.

Since leaving Sixth Form, I went on to Manchester University, graduating in 1988
with a BSC (Hons) in Computer Science and Maths. From there, I headed south to
work for IBM, initially in Hursley (nr Winchester) and then at Basingstoke. I
worked in the European software marketing organization, performing a variety of
technical and marketing functions, and obtained a Certificate in Marketing from
the Chartered Institute of Marketing. In Autumn 1996, I left IBM for the
sunnier climes of LA, joining Candle Corporation, a privately owned software
company. I married Nicola in Hursley in 1990, and this year we became the proud
parents of twins - Rebecca Nicole and Benjamin Michael.
Current location: Marina del Rey (LA), California.
