Scuttlebooms Treasure 1951

The cast of a Junior Dramatic Society Prodcution staged in either 1951 or 1952. The schoolboys and their teacher foil the pirates. The schoolmaster was played by Roddy Bowman, son of the Physics teacher, Jack Bowman. The pirate chief was played by the late Paul Lamek. The schoolboys along the back row in BGS blazers were (all 1951 starters) from the left were George Eastwood, Tony Beaumont (son of History teacher, "Monty"), Tony Wilbraham, Phil Holt, Brian Cutler, George Oxley, Malcolm Lawson, Peter Barton and Roger Brooks. I cannot name any of the pirates or the schoolboy seated between Bowman and Lamek. They would all have been '50 or '49 starters. Bowman and Lamek were '48 starters, I think.
